Refund Policy

1. Purpose

This Refund Policy explains when a customer may be eligible for a refund after purchasing a service from Sportnaa Football Agency.

Because Sportnaa Football Agency provides customized services and may begin work, reserve capacity, contact third parties, prepare documents, or incur costs shortly after payment, refund eligibility depends on the specific service and the work already performed.

1. How to request a refund

A refund request must be submitted in writing to:

The request should include:

• Full name
• Order number
• Service purchased
• Payment date
• Amount paid
• Reason for requesting a refund
• Supporting evidence or documents
• Bank details where a bank transfer is required

Submitting a request does not automatically mean that a refund has been approved.

1. General refund conditions

An approved refund may take up to 40 calendar days to process after Sportnaa Football Agency has received all required information and confirmed approval.

Approved refunds will be paid:

• To the original payment method where available; or
• By recognized bank transfer

Bank charges, payment-processing fees, exchange-rate differences, completed work, and non-recoverable third-party costs may be deducted where applicable.

No cash refunds will be issued.

1. Football trials

4.1 Initial payment

Where a trial package is paid by instalments, the first instalment or initial payment reserves the player’s place and allows Sportnaa Football Agency to begin administrative, club-coordination, visa, accommodation, and operational work.

The initial payment is non-refundable after work has started or arrangements have been committed.

4.2 Refunds that may be approved

A trial refund may be approved where:

• The relevant visa application is refused even though the player disclosed all previous visa history, had no undisclosed prior refusal, submitted all required documents accurately and on time, and followed the process correctly; or
• The trial is cancelled by Sportnaa Football Agency or the relevant club and no reasonable replacement, rescheduled trial, or equivalent service can be provided.

These conditions reflect the refund provisions in the uploaded Qatar Trials Agreement.

4.3 Non-refundable trial circumstances

A refund will not normally be provided where:

• The player voluntarily withdraws
• The player changes their mind
• The player fails to travel or attend
• The player misses a flight, appointment, training session, or trial
• The player provides inaccurate, false, or incomplete information
• Required documents are not supplied correctly or on time
• The player does not follow the visa process
• A previous visa refusal was not disclosed
• The player violates club, accommodation, immigration, or programme rules
• The player is removed for misconduct, lateness, lack of cooperation, or non-payment
• The player is not selected, signed, registered, or offered a contract
• The player is dissatisfied with a sporting decision made by a club
• The player becomes unavailable after arrangements have been confirmed
• Accommodation or travel arrangements have already been paid to third parties and cannot be recovered
• The service has already been substantially or fully delivered

4.4 Visa refusal calculation

Where a visa-related refund is approved, Sportnaa Football Agency may deduct:

• Government or embassy fees
• Visa-processing fees
• Translation or document fees
• Bank and payment-processing fees
• Non-refundable accommodation or travel deposits
• Administrative work already completed
• Other non-recoverable third-party charges

Sportnaa Football Agency will provide a reasonable explanation of any deductions.

4.5 Trial rescheduling

Where a trial cannot proceed on the original date because of visa, club, government, facility, travel, or operational issues, Sportnaa Football Agency may first offer:

• A new date
• A replacement club or programme
• A service credit
• An equivalent destination or opportunity

A refund will be considered where Sportnaa Football Agency cannot deliver a reasonable alternative within the applicable service period.

1. Clubs and academies services

5.1 Before work begins

A customer may request cancellation before Sportnaa Football Agency begins assessment, research, consultation, planning, document preparation, meetings, or project work.

Where no work has begun and no third-party cost has been incurred, Sportnaa Football Agency may approve a refund after deducting payment-processing charges.

5.2 After work begins

Once work has begun, amounts covering completed work and committed resources are non-refundable.

Depending on the project, Sportnaa Football Agency may offer:

• A partial refund for the undelivered portion
• A service credit
• A revised project scope
• Rescheduling
• Transfer to another eligible service

5.3 Completed projects

Payments are non-refundable once the agreed assessment, consultation, report, programme, presentation, document, strategy, or other deliverable has been substantially or fully delivered.

A customer’s dissatisfaction with commercial, sporting, sponsorship, membership, operational, or financial results does not by itself create a right to a refund where Sportnaa Football Agency delivered the agreed work.

1. Investment services

6.1 Investment-readiness services

Investment-readiness fees become non-refundable once Sportnaa Football Agency begins reviewing documents, preparing materials, conducting analysis, or providing consultation.

If cancellation is requested before work begins, a refund may be considered after deducting processing costs.

6.2 Investor and supporter search

Initial investor-search, preparation, or representation fees cover research, preparation, outreach, positioning, communications, and representation work.

These fees become non-refundable once the service begins.

A refund is not due merely because:

• An investor is not identified
• An investor declines
• Funding is not secured
• Negotiations end
• The customer rejects an offer
• A transaction fails to close
• A desired valuation is not achieved

6.3 Success fees

Success fees are payable only according to the qualifying event and payment terms in the signed agreement.

Where no qualifying transaction occurs, a success fee will not be charged. Initial service fees remain subject to the conditions above.

1. Consultation services

A consultation may be rescheduled where the customer gives at least 48 hours’ written notice.

Where less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, the consultation fee may be non-refundable, although Sportnaa Football Agency may offer one alternative appointment at its discretion.

A completed consultation is non-refundable.

If Sportnaa Football Agency cancels a consultation and cannot offer a suitable replacement appointment, the customer may choose:

• Rescheduling
• Service credit
• A refund of the affected consultation fee

1. Duplicate or incorrect payments

A verified duplicate payment or clear payment error will be refunded after review.

The customer must report the issue promptly and provide the relevant payment records.

1. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Customers should contact Sportnaa Football Agency before initiating a chargeback so that the matter can be reviewed and resolved.

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of services and recovery of reasonable costs, subject to applicable law.

1. Services cancelled by Sportnaa Football Agency

Where Sportnaa Football Agency cancels a paid service and cannot provide a reasonable replacement, rescheduling option, equivalent service, or credit, the customer will receive a refund for the undelivered portion.

Where part of the service has already been completed, the refund may be calculated proportionately.

1. Force majeure

Where a service is affected by circumstances outside Sportnaa Football Agency’s reasonable control, Sportnaa Football Agency will first seek to provide a reasonable alternative, replacement, rescheduling arrangement, or credit.

Refund eligibility will depend on:

• Work already completed
• Third-party costs already incurred
• Whether the service can reasonably be rescheduled
• The terms of any separate agreement
• Applicable legal requirements

1. Consumer rights

This Refund Policy does not remove or restrict any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
