Payment and Refund Policies

What are the payment terms for the trials?

Why is cash payment not allowed?

• Under Bahrain’s new financial regulations, all company transactions, including cash, must be deposited into a company bank account. To avoid administrative challenges and ensure compliance with the law, all payments must be processed through bank transfers.

How does bank transfer payment benefit the company and the client?

• Bank transfers provide a clear financial record, ensure compliance with legal regulations, and protect both parties from potential disputes regarding payments

Why must the second payment be completed 72 hours before the flight?

• This ensures that all arrangements are finalized and there is no last-minute uncertainty regarding the player’s participation.

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions :

• If the visa application is refused, provided there were no prior visa refusals and all required documentation was submitted accurately and on time.
• If the tryout is canceled by Sportnaa or the Club.
Refunds will be processed within 40 days and made only via a recognized bank transfer.

No refunds will be provided if:

• The Player has a prior visa refusal, regardless of the circumstances.
• The Player fails to submit necessary documentation or follow the visa process correctly.
• The Player voluntarily withdraws from the tryout for any reason.

Are additional guarantees required for players from third-world countries?

• Yes, players from third-world countries may be required to provide a guarantee for the second payment and demonstrate compliance with visa regulations. This measure ensures financial security and avoids last-minute complications.
