1. Applications and eligibility

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, approval, participation, selection, investment, sponsorship, or the successful completion of a project.

Sportnaa Football Agency may review an applicant’s information, documents, suitability, availability, and compliance requirements before confirming a service.

Applicants must provide complete, current, and accurate information. Sportnaa Football Agency may delay, reject, or cancel an application where information is missing, inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or submitted after a required deadline.

1. Orders and service confirmation

An order is considered received when the customer completes checkout and receives an electronic order confirmation.

An automated confirmation does not necessarily mean that the service has been finally approved or scheduled. Final confirmation may depend on:

• Club or partner availability
• Payment clearance

1. Consultation services

Sportnaa Football Agency may provide professional consultation relating to football operations, clubs, academies, investment, commercial growth, sponsorship, player pathways, and sports projects.

Consultation is based on the information available at the time it is provided. It does not guarantee a specific commercial, sporting, financial, regulatory, contractual, or investment outcome.

Customers remain responsible for their final decisions and for obtaining independent legal, financial, tax, immigration, medical, or regulatory advice where required.

1. Prices and payments

All website prices are displayed in Bahraini dinars (BHD) unless clearly stated otherwise.

Customers must pay the amount shown at checkout. Additional fees may apply where:

• The customer requests additional services
• The project scope changes
• Third-party fees arise
• Additional travel, visa, accommodation, transport, documentation, or administrative work is required
• A separate success fee has been agreed

Payments must be made through the payment methods displayed on the website.

1. Football trials

Sportnaa Football Agency arranges and facilitates football trial opportunities with relevant clubs, academies, coaches, and partners.

The customer understands that:

• Registration or payment does not guarantee selection or a playing contract.
• Final sporting decisions are made by the relevant club, academy, coach, or technical staff.
• Trial dates may depend on club schedules, visa processing, government procedures, travel arrangements, and operational availability.
• Sportnaa Football Agency may adjust a date, venue, club, schedule, accommodation, or operational arrangement where reasonably necessary.
• A player must follow all instructions, schedules, rules, and professional-conduct requirements.
• Poor performance, misconduct, lateness, non-attendance, lack of fitness, or failure to follow instructions may result in removal from the programme without a refund.

Sportnaa Football Agency does not guarantee any salary, playing contract, registration, transfer, representation agreement, or financial package from a club.

1. Player welfare, health and insurance

Sportnaa Football Agency takes player welfare and safety seriously and will use reasonable efforts to coordinate services with reputable clubs, partners, accommodation providers, and service providers.

Football and physical activity naturally involve a risk of injury. Players must disclose any relevant health condition, injury, medication, or limitation before participating.

Players are responsible for obtaining suitable travel, health, accident, and sports-participation insurance before travelling or participating. Sportnaa Football Agency will provide reasonable assistance in an emergency but does not act as an insurer and cannot cover medical or hospital expenses that should be covered by the player or the player’s insurer.

A player who becomes injured or unwell must notify Sportnaa Football Agency and the relevant club or programme representative immediately.

1. Visas and travel documents

Visa approval is determined solely by the relevant embassy, immigration authority, ministry, or government body.

Sportnaa Football Agency may provide visa support or administrative assistance where included in the purchased service, but cannot guarantee that a visa will be approved or issued by a particular date.

The applicant is responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete documents
• Disclosing previous visa refusals
• Meeting passport-validity requirements
• Attending appointments where required
• Responding promptly to document requests
• Following immigration and travel rules
• Paying third-party charges not included in the selected package

Providing false information or failing to cooperate may result in cancellation without a refund.

1. Accommodation, meals and transport

Where accommodation is included:

• Accommodation may be shared.
• Check-in and check-out times are determined by the provider.
• Early check-in is not guaranteed.
• Customers must follow accommodation rules and maintain the property in good condition.
• The customer is financially responsible for damage, loss, fines, or additional charges caused by them.

Where meals or transportation are included, the exact arrangements may vary according to location, availability, operating schedules, and the selected package.

Reasonable concerns should be reported promptly so that Sportnaa Football Agency has an opportunity to assist and seek an appropriate solution.

1. Clubs and academies services

Club and academy services may include assessments, strategy, culture, operations, feasibility studies, establishment programmes, sponsorship, commercial development, and player pathways.

The customer must provide timely access to relevant information, staff, systems, records, facilities, and decision-makers.

Project timelines and results depend on the customer’s cooperation and the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.

Payment does not guarantee a particular increase in revenue, sponsorship, sporting performance, membership, valuation, or commercial outcome.

Changes requested after the project begins may require a revised timeline and additional fees.

1. Investment services

Investment services may include investment-readiness assessments, investor or supporter searches, representation, project preparation, and strategic consultation.

Sportnaa Football Agency does not guarantee:

• That an investor will be identified
• That an investor will proceed
• That funding will be secured
• That a transaction will close
• A particular valuation
• A specific return on investment

Where a success fee applies, the amount, calculation method, payment date, and qualifying transaction will be set out in a separate written agreement.

Customers must conduct their own legal, financial, tax, regulatory, and commercial due diligence before entering any transaction.

1. Customer responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate information
• Make payments on time
• Respond promptly to requests
• Follow applicable laws and regulations
• Respect clubs, staff, partners, accommodation providers, and other participants
• Avoid abusive, threatening, discriminatory, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct
• Protect confidential information and contact details
• Use the services only for legitimate purposes

A serious breach may result in suspension or termination of services.

1. Cancellations and changes

Requests to cancel or change a booking must be submitted in writing.

Approval depends on:

• The type of service
• Work already completed
• Costs already incurred
• Third-party commitments
• The timing of the request
• The applicable Refund Policy
• Any signed service agreement

Changing a service date or scope may involve additional charges.

1. Intellectual property

Customers must not disclose confidential commercial information, private club contacts, internal documents, or restricted materials provided through the service without written permission.

1. Service availability and force majeure

Sportnaa Football Agency will use reasonable efforts to deliver the agreed services.

Sportnaa Football Agency will not be responsible for delays or changes caused by events outside its reasonable control, including:

• Government decisions
• Visa or immigration delays
• Club or facility closure
• Flight disruption
• Natural disasters
• Public-health restrictions
• War, civil unrest, or security incidents
• Strikes or transport disruption
• Technical outages
• Actions of independent third parties

Where possible, Sportnaa Football Agency will communicate the issue and seek a reasonable alternative, rescheduling arrangement, credit, or other appropriate solution based on the circumstances and costs already incurred.

1. Limitation of responsibility

Sportnaa Football Agency is responsible for providing the services it has expressly agreed to deliver with reasonable care and professionalism.

Sportnaa Football Agency is not responsible for independent decisions made by clubs, investors, sponsors, government authorities, airlines, accommodation providers, payment providers, or other third parties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any responsibility or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy published on this website and any separate agreement signed for a particular service.

Approved refunds are normally returned through a recognized bank transfer or, where technically available, to the original payment method.

Payment-processing fees, bank charges, foreign-exchange differences, completed work, and non-recoverable third-party expenses may be deducted where permitted and clearly applicable.
